Join us at New Lodge Vineyard for a guided tasting through six of the world’s finest sparkling wine styles — poured side by side so you can taste the differences for yourself. From the delicate sweetness of Italian Asti and the crisp charm of Prosecco, to the traditional-method depth of Spanish Cava, the prestige of French Champagne, Tasmania challenging the Old World at its own game, and the award-winning quality of English sparkling wine (including our own), this tasting is a journey through terroir, tradition and technique.

Guided by our experienced host, you’ll explore how grape variety, region and production method shape each glass — and discover why English sparkling wine, and now Tasmania, are rivalling the best in the world, Champagne included.  Join this elite table of eight guests exploring their love of sparkling wine!
