Wine Tasting Experience

***** Macmillan Cancer – Coffee morning with a difference *****. 

Skip the biscuits (well, maybe not entirely) and join us for a coffee morning like no other. Instead of the usual cuppa, we’re pouring four wines sourced from different corners of the globe, guiding you through their stories, styles, and flavours.

Every penny raised goes straight to Macmillan Cancer Support, helping fund the vital care and support Macmillan nurses provide to people living with cancer and their families.

What to expect:

• A guided tasting of 4 wines from around the world
• Tasting notes and stories behind each wine
• Tea, coffee and something sweet alongside the wine (optional, of course!)
• A relaxed, sociable morning for a brilliant cause

Just the wine tasting needs to be booked in advance. 12.30pm Friday 25th September 2026. Otherwise, just drop in between 10.30am and 2.30pm .. for a wonderful array of drinks and cakes. 

Our Standard Wine Tasting: 

Enjoy a Wine Tasting Experience in the grounds of the vineyard.  You are welcome to wander amongst the vines and explore the vineyard and views.  The tasting experience lasts between 1 and 1.5hrs.  We grow six varieties which, once they come into bud, need constant tending to.   During the experience we present four of our wines:  two white, one red and our English Sparkling, accompanied by a tasting selection of cheese and charcuterie.   Please advise in advance of any special dietary requirements in the message box.

Available March – April on Saturdays,   May – September on Fridays,   October – December we return to Saturdays/Sundays.     We offer only Fridays during our summer period because at weekends, when we are busy, we wouldn’t be able to provide the personal attention needed.  We are closed during January.

Important:  Please check terms and conditions.    Wine tastings once booked are difficult to rearrange. So they are not refundable, once a date has been agreed, but if you are unable to make it, you can nominate someone to take your place.
